* Calories needed daily: 3192 calories
*BMI – 31.6 (obese)
Your program should include the following:
- 12-week periodized training program
- Pre- and post-exercise nutrition strategies for recovery
- Guidance on supplementation to promote recovery
- Guidance on sleep to promote recovery
- Guidelines for additional recovery strategies
Probably reduce daily calories by 500 to help lose weight slowly.
