Project Overview

This team-based project focuses on the areas of Leadership and Organizational Change. An

Effective leadership and change are comprised of many different components, from problem

communicating change, and so on. This course project delves into each of these aspects and

more.

Focus Companies for Examination and Analysis

These are the four companies each team can choose among for their project:

Uber

WeWork (We Company)

Wells Fargo

HP (Hewlett Packard)

Each one of these companies have undergone major change involving leadership driven

change, within the last five years.
