 Overview, Short paragraph about your value proposition to the company as a consultant. You can include a short intro to the company and one or two sentences on the focus areas of your recommendations.

 Pick 2 or 3 focus areas for recommendations from your external/Internal analysis. (Not 10, but possibly 1 if it is significant enough)

 Issues; For your chosen focus areas, please review the issue leading to them and why you chose them. Your opinion about the issues is welcome regarding the overall impact of these issues on the business.

 Recommendations; What do you recommend that the company should do to overcome the issues.  Conclusions; From your analysis work that you have done, and the expertise that you have gained studying your chosen company, what do you conclude in terms of the overall impact to the business and its growth if your recommendations are followed? Use the conclusions to tie the paper together.

Hint: Think as if you are a consultant being paid $10K to do the external/internal analysis and make recommendations to the company to grow its business.

Make sure you include your references.
